Once the agreement is executed in full and the purchase price has been paid in full or your enquiry dealt with, your details will be blocked for further processing and will be deleted once the tax and commercial law stipulations have been complied with providing such deletion is not contrary to any retention periods stipulated by law, contract or company regulations and providing you have not expressly consented to further use of your data. The contractual relationship in question shall not be created without consent to this data protection declaration and it will not be possible for your enquiry to be processed.

 

Newsletter

 

Upon signing up for the newsletter, your email address, together with your express consent in this respect, which must be given separately for the Vendor’s own advertising purposes (e.g. for sending vouchers, sales campaigns, competitions, invitations to take part in surveys), shall be used until such time as you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Our newsletter is sent out by email and contains information about new products and special offers. If you wish to receive this newsletter, then in addition to your email address, we will require confirmation that you are the owner of the specified address and that you agree to receive the newsletter. For this reason, in an automated process you will receive a verification mail in which you will be asked to confirm the details again. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time in the future. Sharing Personal Data

 

Your data will be shared with the shipping companies commissioned to perform the delivery where necessary for delivery of the goods. For payment processing, we shall pass your payment details on to the credit agency commissioned to make the payment. Your personal details will not be shared in any other respect.

Where YOUTUBE videos or other material, e.g. from GoogleMaps are embedded in our website and you choose to visit these, your IP address will be shared with that service provider.
